You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Richardson, TX. Once your order is ready for pickup we will send you an email with instructions.
Shipping is through USPS. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please purchase Route Insurance so you have the option to file a claim through Route (if applicable).
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
